Indialantic is a small beach town between Melbourne Beach and the causeway. Lots are scarce. Taste is high.
We are not going to flood Indialantic with spec homes. If you have land or a house that has aged out, we can build a Gibraltar plan to Florida code with the same finishes we put on every house in the county.
Customization happens before construction. Paint, options, the things that make it yours: no change-order fee until the house is underway, then it is $1,500 plus the cost of the change. That is the rule. It keeps the job honest.
Beachside insurance is the other rule. Come in with the address. We will not guess.
The Brevard County tax roll counts 3,345 single-family homes in Indialantic, and the typical one was built in 1970. Only 66 have been built in 2020 or later, about 2% of the total. A new home here usually means one of the few open lots or replacing an older house, so the lot decides what is possible before the plan does. Only 33 parcels with a street address on the roll are classed as vacant residential land, so an open lot here is hard to find.
