New construction in Suntree
Suntree is unincorporated Brevard next to Viera: golf, older planned streets, and people who already know where they want to stay.
A lot of Suntree buyers are not leaving. They want a new house in the same orbit. That usually means a lot, a rebuild, or stretching into Viera / Rockledge / Melbourne.
Gibraltar's advantage here is flexibility, not a Suntree clubhouse we do not own. Customization before the slab. A family company that will still be in the county when the warranty is called.
If you have a Suntree lot, start there. If you do not, we will not invent one on this page.
The Brevard County tax roll counts 3,284 single-family homes in the Suntree subdivisions, and the typical one was built in 1988. None of them were built in 2020 or later. The area is built out, so a new home here means one of the few open lots or replacing an older house. Only 1 parcel with a street address on the roll is classed as vacant residential land, so an open lot here is hard to find.
